警戒 秘密会議 ― 船大工キールダンが戦場に出るか攻撃するたび、各プレイヤーは秘密裏にプレイヤー１人に投票する。その後、それらの投票を公開する。各プレイヤーはそれぞれ、自分が得た１票につき１枚のカードを引く。投票されなかった各プレイヤーはそれぞれ、自分の手札にあるパーマネント・カード１枚を戦場に出してもよい。

Vigilance Secret council --- Whenever C?rdan the Shipwright enters the battlefield or attacks, each player secretly votes for a player, then those votes are revealed. Each player draws a card for each vote they received. Each player who received no votes may put a permanent card from their hand onto the battlefield.
